Annika Zawadzki is a Managing Director ＆ Partner in the Cologne office of The Boston Consulting Group. Annika is the global leader of Climate and Sustainability in BCG’s Travel, Cities and Infrastructure practice area as well as Co-Leader of BCG's private and public sector as well as cities activities in Climate Risk, Adaptation and Resilience. She supports clients with shedding light on their climate risk exposure and vulnerability, developing Adaptation ＆ Resilience strategies to mitigate climate risk and helping to identify and prioritize bankable projects. She also supports investors in exploring the opportunity space around adaptation and resilience investments around the globe. In addition, she supported the UN High-Level Climate Champions team at COP27 and COP28 in its efforts to operationalize the Sharm El Sheikh Adaptation Agenda.
